Phil was a very nice and very knowledgable technician. I've never dealt with a water softening system before. He came out serviced everything and then talked me through the entire system and how it works. I'm so happy with my first experience with Berks Water Technology! Phil came to my house to check on a busted water softener, and without pressuring me into anything he told me all available options. I chose to have him install a brand new softener. The appointment was made without any trouble, and my new softener was installed today! This experience was filled with professionalism and courtesy. Phil explained in detail what he had done... and went over all of the things I needed to know about my new softener before leaving. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient!
